Description
Spectacular recently renovated apartment with two bedrooms and capacity for up to four people in Puerto del Carmen. Just two minutes walk from the promenade, restaurants, bars and the beach, the property is nevertheless located in a very quiet area and ideal for rest.
It has a terrace with sea views, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a 55* flat-screen TV with satellite channels and the possibility of connecting platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime or HBO, air conditioning in the living room, a bathroom with a shower. and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds. Both rooms have a ceiling fan to cool down on summer nights.
Puerto del Carmen is only 10 minutes by car from the airport and is the oldest tourist urban center in Lanzarote, ideally located to tour the island and get to know it. In the surroundings of the apartment it is easy to find free parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartamento Julia. The apartment is ideally situated centrally in resort - walking distance to many shops, supermarkets, restaurants/bars, beaches, the promenade and public transport services. There is a mini-mart beneath the rear of the apartment - the owner is very friendly. The apartment is nicely appointed with modern decor and furnishings. The bedrooms feature exterior shutters (as opposed to internal curtains/blinds). The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for basic self-catering, which met our needs, but lacks an oven and dishwasher. Internet access at the apartment is good. Guillermo is a great host, very responsive, and the whole process of booking, check-in and departure was easy.

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is literally 5 mins walk from the beach and main strip, yet is in a very quiet location. Guillermo was a perfect host and answered any queries we had promptly. The apartment was extremely clean, roomy and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The balcony was lovely to sit out on with a glasstwo of wine to watch the sunset, it’s a sun trap all day too. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We are actually already planning our next stay!
