Great apartment, with separate entrance, on the ground floor of the Villa Wema duplex, in the "Aldea de playa de las Coloradas" urbanization.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other with two beds, a second bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with a kitchen and a large terrace, with views of the Ajaches Natural Park. where the fabulous Papagayo beaches are located.
The urbanization, with its typical Lanzarote houses, has a quiet community pool, with views of the sea and Las Coloradas beach, and stands out for its good location, since within walking distance we find a supermarket, the bus stop, and the Playa Blanca promenade, which joins the Playas del Papagayo (considered the best in Lanzarote) with the Pechiguera Lighthouse, and through which after a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes you reach the port of Marina Rubicón (with its numerous restaurants).
If you come by car you can park without problems around the complex.
In the apartment you will find Wifi, Smart-TV, kitchenware, bedding, towels, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lanzarote.

The location and the view was really nice and many places like the beachsome nice restaurants were just 5-10 walking minutes away.

El apartamento es precioso, muy tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado. Todo estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y está súper bien equipado, tiene de todo. El personal fue muy atento y no hay problemas de parking.

Exceptionally equipped and modern property. Everything was new, styled well and some furniture even still had its plastic wrappers on. Kitchen very well equipped, beds new and very comfortable and the lower terrace was a real added bonus. As for the see more

Very quiet and peaceful and the pool area was spacious and extremely relaxing. Will definitely be back!
